AUDIT COMMITTEE

Committee: Dave Fish, Chair

Purpose: Examines and audits the books of the Association and all of its Section Clubs and Committees. Makes a full report to the Board and at the Association's annual meetings.

Meetings: As Needed.

NOTE: Since FY 2006 LTPOA has obtained the services of an independent Accounting firm to audit the books of the Association. However, the responsibility of of examining and auditing the books of the Association remains with the Audit Committee. And, every year the President of the Association selects new Audit Committee members from the existing Board of Directors to oversee this important function.
