Our swimming beaches are community property maintained for the enjoyment of the community members. Swimming beaches are open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. There are no lifeguards present. To ensure everyone's enjoyment, we have set up these regulations:

• All swimming beach users must be able to show ID of community membership or be a guest of a community member.
• All vehicles parked at swimming beaches must display a current LTPOA sticker.
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed at the swimming beaches.
• For safety, no glass containers are allowed at the swimming beaches.
• No abusive behavior will be tolerated.
• No off-road vehicles are allowed at the swimming beaches.
• No pets are allowed at the swimming beaches.
• There is no trailer parking at any of the swimming beaches.
• Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense; minimum charge of $75.
