PARK AND PLANNING COMMITTEE

Committee: Tom Walsh, Chair

Purpose: Has the responsibility of overseeing the maintenance of community property (swimming beaches, parks, roads, piers, etc., handling all complaints pertaining to the roads and parks, acting as the liaison between the LTPOA and the County, and providing Permissive Use Agreements.

Meetings: The fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Community Hall.

Residents are urged to report suspected violations of building, grading & sediment control, and zoning violations in the community.
