Committee: Dave Fish (Chair), and Joe O'Neil

Purpose: Has the responsibility of overseeing the maintenance of community property (swimming beaches, parks, roads, piers, etc., handling all complaints pertaining to the roads and parks, acting as the liaison between the LTPOA and the County, and providing Permissive Use Agreements.

Meetings: The third Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Community Hall.
