London Towne Property Owners' Association is divided into five Sections, often referred to as Beaches. Each Section is responsible for managing the designated community properties within its' geographic area. Each Section elects its' own officers, Board of Director members and committee members.

A map of the geographic boundaries is available at the Community Hall.

Property owners may participate in any Section's activities. They are not limited to the Section in which their property lies.

• Section One meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
• Section Two meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
• Section Three meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
• Section Four meets the last Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
• Section Five meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
• All Section meetings are held at the Community Hall.
